Install urethane rubber piston procedure
1. Before installing the required piston on the piston rod, the piston rod and piston root O-ring should be inspected and greased. Clamp the flat square of the piston rod and lock the nut with a special tool.
2. Install the assembled piston rod and piston assembly into the cylinder liner in advance.
3. Use a special tool to connect the cylinder liner pressure plate together with the cylinder liner and piston rod assembly and put the cylinder liner into the hydraulic cylinder from the middle cavity of the frame. At the same time, first check whether the cylinder liner seal is intact and apply oil.
4. Use the pressure plate to withstand the outer circle of the cylinder liner, and at the same time use special tools to withstand the pressure plate, and use the tappet to push the cylinder liner into the hydraulic cylinder and install it in place.
5. If the piston rod and piston have not been loaded into the cylinder liner in advance, the piston rod with the piston installed can be loaded from the front of the hydraulic cylinder at this time.
6. Disc pump, connecting clamp.
7. Install the valve assembly, valve spring, and valve stem guide in sequence, check the two seals of the cylinder head, apply oil, install the cylinder head, and tighten the screw cap with a screw cap rod.
8. Install the sprinkler clamp assembly.
9. Check whether there is jamming in each part of the disc pump.
10. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 3-4 hours to replace the three cylinder liners of the mud pump.
