The oil cylinder assembly method has a great impact on the sealing performance of the piston seal. Please pay attention to the following matters
1. Thoroughly clear the various impurities of the cylinder and pipeline.
2. When the sealing parts are taken from the warehouse, sealing parts of sand, dust, etc. cannot be used, otherwise it will cause leakage.
3. After the sealing cover, the surface of the piston rod and the surface of the oil cylinder, apply a little hydraulic oil (the same as the mechanical itself), and then assemble the tank.
4. Add a cover to the lips of the sealing part to make it directly contact with the thread and stairs.
5. If necessary, make the sealing lips directly pass through the oil pressure hole, use a plastic round stick, and gently push the lip mouth to prevent the chamfering of the hole from damaging the mouth of the lip.
