Spray Polyurea Elastomer

Spray Polyurea Elastomer is an elastic material produced by the reaction of isocyanate (A) component and mixed resin (B) component. A component can be aromatic isocyanate or aliphatic isocyanate. Component B is composed of amino-terminated polyether and amino-terminated chain extender, and component B must not contain a catalyst. Polyurea is a two-component, A and B components react to form urea bonds. The structure of the urea bond is symmetrical, with stable characteristics and excellent bond energy, making polyurea excellent in properties and very stable.

① High reactivity and fast curing speed

Vertical surface, top surface and any curved surface can be sprayed continuously without sagging. Polyurea elastomers do not require catalysts. Gels in 5 seconds and reaches walking strength in 1 minute.

② Not sensitive to temperature and humidity

It is less affected by ambient temperature and humidity during construction. When spraying polyurea elastomer, the floor material can be constructed at a low temperature of -40°C and high ambient humidity, and can even be cured on water and ice surfaces.

③ Two-component, 100% solid content

It does not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOC), is friendly to the environment, and is non-toxic and non-polluting during construction and use. It is known as "green material and green technology".

④ Excellent physical properties

Such as high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, super rolling resistance, high elongation, flexibility, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, impact strength, cathodic disbonding resistance, dielectric strength, etc. In addition, it has excellent low temperature toughness.

Resistant to most corrosive media (long-term immersion in acids, alkalis, salt and seawater). It is an excellent heavy-duty anti-corrosion material.

Polyurea elastomer coating can be used for a long time at -45°C ~ 150°C, and can withstand short-term thermal shock at 350°C.

Aliphatic polyurea is not corroded by ultraviolet rays and is not prone to yellowing. Although aromatic polyurea turns yellow, it has no pulverization and cracking, and is resistant to cold and heat shocks and alternating shocks of wind, rain, frost and snow. Outdoor use up to 30 years - 50 years.

Various colors and dyes can be added to make products of different colors arbitrarily. The surface of the coating is smooth, dense, continuous and seamless. By adjusting the process parameters, an orange-peel-like surface can also be obtained.
