Polyurethane Rubber Seal is mainly used as a seal in the petroleum industry. 

It has the following uses: 

• The valve cover is used for the seal of the valve seat of the drilling fracturing pump. It is a rubber part which matches the valve body of the frac pump.  

• The valve rubber is made of polyurethane material. Polyurethane is  a kind of polymer material. It is widely used in many fields of national economy because of its excellent performance.

• Polyurethane is a general term for macromolecular compounds containing repeated carbamate groups on the main chain. It is formed by addition polymerization of organic diisocyanate or polyisocyanate and dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compound. Polyurethane materials are very versatile and can replace rubber, plastic, nylon, etc. Polyurethane materials are used in airports, hotels, building materials, automobile factories, coal mines, cement factories, apartments, villas, landscaping, colored stone art, parks, etc.

• The mechanical properties of polyurethane are highly adjustable. By controlling the ratio between crystalline hard segments and non-crystalline soft segments, polyurethanes can obtain different mechanical properties.
