Polyurethane sealing ring types:
1. Dust ring
The anti-dust ring is applied to the hydraulic and pneumatic piston rod. Its main function is to remove the dust attached to the outer surface of the piston cylinder and prevent sand, water and pollutants from entering the sealed cylinder.
2. Y-ring
Y-ring is used for sealing of low-pressure reciprocating motion, such as piston and cylinder, piston rod, etc., with reliable sealing performance, small frictional resistance and good pressure resistance.
3. Buffer seal
The buffer seal ring is installed on the pressure side of the piston rod seal to prevent the oil temperature from being directly transferred to the seal by overheating, which can play a role in buffering and cooling.
4. O-ring
The mechanical properties are quite good, high hardness, high elasticity, wear resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance, which are difficult to compare with other rubbers.Polyurethane O-rings are made of polyurethane. Polyurethane material has a very low compression set rate, which is why it is suitable as a material for O-rings. O-rings made of polyurethane are more resistant to extrusion than ordinary rubber O-rings, so polyurethane O-rings are more suitable for high pulse impact forces, or environments where retaining rings cannot be used due to space constraints. Due to the high wear resistance of the polyurethane O-ring, the polyurethane O-ring is also suitable for dynamic sealing occasions, and the effect is not bad, such as the pilot valve seal of the air valve or the dynamic seal of the main valve core.
