The reason of bubbles in casting polyurethane products(CPU products).
1, The defoaming of the casting prepolymer raw material is not completely removed, resulting in bubbles in the raw material. General raw material production needs to defoam for 40 minutes under a certain vacuum degree.
2, Casting polyurthane pre-polymer raw materials absorb moisture, easy to have bubbles. Prepolymer raw materials and MOCA moisture absorption are easy to affect the quality of products.
3. Air is mixed during production. High viscosity raw materials are much easier to bubble.
4, The mixer head leaks air, or leaks cleaning fluid.
