The sieve network shows a straight -line break, which is generally due to the second vibration of the sieve box support bar and the screens between the screens formed by the sieve network that is not tightened (or not tight). Fragmentation causes this kind of damage to several possibilities:
1. The size of the sieve is too long, resulting in the tensioned screw filament is not tight;
2. There is a problem with the tightness of the sieve machine. The tight board and the sieve machine are not supported, and the tight board (hook) is thin or deformation;
3. The shape and size of the curved edge of the screen are not matched with the tight board;
4. Welding broken sieve causes structural damage to the sieve;
5. Rubber pads are worn or free;
6. Design and structural defects of sieve or sieve machines;
7. The support bar of the sieve box is lower than the screen, that is, the support bar and the screen network have a certain distance;
8. The rigidity of the spring of the vibration sieve machine is uneven;
9. Excessive amplitude of vibration sieve machines.
Third, the local wear of the screen network is serious
Damage to the buffer board and material diversion mechanism.
Fourth, screen blocking hole
When screening, according to the nature of the material, various forms of sieve holes are blocked. The main reasons for the blocking holes are the following:
1. Contains a large number of particles close to the separation point;
2. High moisture content of materials;
3. Ballical particles or materials that have multiple contacts on sieve holes;
4. Static electricity will occur;
5. Materials have fiber materials;
6. There are many pieces of particles;
7. The weaving screen silk is rough;
8. The thick sieve nets such as the rubber screen. The pore design is unreasonable. It does not reach the upper and lower large, and the particles are stuck.
