Oil Seal Ring

Oil Seal Ring is made of polyurethane material, and polyurethane (PU) material has a very low compression deformation rate, which is why it is suitable as a material for sealing rings. Sealing rings made of polyurethane (PU) are more resistant to extrusion than ordinary rubber sealing rings. So polyurethane sealing rings are more suitable for high pulse impact forces, or environments where retaining rings cannot be used due to space constraints. Due to the high wear resistance of the polyurethane sealing ring, the polyurethane sealing ring is also suitable for dynamic sealing occasions, and the effect is not bad, such as the dynamic seal of the main valve core or the pilot valve seal of the air valve. It can also be used for the positioning of short-stroke clamping cylinders, or for valve body sealing with HFA fluid but lack of lubrication. Oil Seal Ring can be used for control purposes, such as re-passing oil holes, and PU material is more wear-resistant than ordinary rubber seals.

Application range of high temp o rings is very wide. Polyurethane O rings can be used when other O rings (such as fluorine rubber O rings, nitrile rubber O rings) cannot meet the unreasonable performance. Polyurethane O rings are mostly used for control components, sealing cylinders and valves. The working temperature of the polyurethane sealing ring is hydraulic pressure -35°C-+50°C. Working pressure: ≤600bar. Surface speed: ≤0.5m/s. Media: Hydraulic oil (mineral oil base), HFB and HFA fluids. Oil Seal Ring is not easy to twist.Its performance is stable.
